TechFlow reports that MakerDAO founder Rune Christensen has announced the latest updates on the Endgame plan in the governance forum. The Endgame initiative is divided into four phases: Launch Season, scaling up, NewChain, and the final phase.
The first phase, Launch Season, will begin in the summer of 2024 and last for one month, during which a new brand will be launched. Two new tokens—NewStable and NewGovToken—will be introduced, coexisting with the existing DAI and MKR tokens to support new ecosystem functionalities. A Layer 2 solution called NewBridge will be launched, the first SubDAO of Maker will go live, and a Spark token airdrop event will be initiated.
