TechFlow reported, according to legal documents, the bail conditions for former Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao have been modified. The U.S. requires Zhao to hand over all his passports—whether valid or expired—to a third-party custodian, who must accompany him whenever he travels to any location requiring identification.
In addition, the document states that Zhao "shall not apply for or obtain a new passport or travel document from any country without court permission." The third party holding the former Binance executive’s passport may only return it to him under pretrial services supervision or with court authorization.
