TechFlow news, on March 8, Bitget announced the launch of the Blockchain4Her (B4H) Ambassador Program. This initiative aims to promote inclusivity for women in the industry and bridge the gender gap. The program brings on board outstanding female leaders to empower and elevate the next generation of women's leadership through professional mentorship. The B4H program will encompass a series of special activities, including role model mentoring, networking opportunities, and targeted support. The initiative has attracted three distinguished women: Tess Hau, Founder of Tess Ventures; Yevheniia Broshevan, Co-founder of Hacken; and Cecilia Hsueh, CEO of Layer 2 ecosystem project Morph.
Tess Hau said: "Supporting female developers and leaders and ensuring innovative talent has access to high-quality resources is crucial." Another ambassador, Yevheniia Broshevan, stated: "I am honored to contribute to this initiative, and I believe the B4H program will propel us toward a more inclusive and equitable world." Finally, Cecilia Hsueh added: "As the number of female leaders continues to grow, it will enhance industry diversity and make the adoption of complex blockchain technology more accessible to the broader public."
