TechFlow News, Arweave has launched the Arweave AO public testnet, with plans to release the mainnet in 2024.
The network is designed to support smart contracts and blockchain protocols with high scalability.
Arweave AO works by breaking down the three core components of blockchain operations into separate elements that can communicate with each other and process large volumes of transactions simultaneously.
In addition, Arweave AO is built on Arweave's decentralized data storage platform, enabling the storage of vast amounts of data such as AI models.
Arweave AO will use the Lua programming language and has implemented WebAssembly for writing smart contracts.
