TechFlow reported, according to the Snapshot page, the ENS community's vote on the proposal regarding "determining next steps for ENS Labs in the eth.link lawsuit" has concluded, with the option approving "Manifold Finance's proposed settlement" receiving 87.96% support.
Under the proposal, Manifold Finance has put forward a settlement offer requiring a payment of $300,000 along with confidentiality and non-disparagement clauses. In return, they will provide mutual release of claims, leading to the dismissal of the lawsuit and allowing ENS Labs to retain the eth.link domain name.
Previous report, ENS Labs reached a settlement with Manifold Finance to resolve the dispute over the eth.link domain.
