TechFlow reports, Ordinals developer Leonidas tweeted that the Runestone airdrop window is expected to open between Friday and next Wednesday, and this will not be a one-time process.
Leonidas stated that the logic behind Runestone is simple: currently (not forever), the primary use case of blockchains is cryptocurrency appreciation. The most honest form of cryptocurrency appreciation is non-functional meme coins. The world's top blockchain should have the world's top meme coin. The world's top meme coin should be distributed via a large-scale, free airdrop with no team allocation, making it the most community-driven.
