TechFlow reports that the Black Mountain Court of Appeals has overturned a ruling concerning the extradition of Do Kwon and remanded the case back to the lower court for retrial.
The appellate court noted that the original ruling contained serious procedural violations and was unclear and inadequately reasoned.
Previously, the lower court had determined that extradition requirements were met, but failed to consider the simplified international legal assistance procedures and the fact that multiple countries have requested extradition. The new ruling will be published on the appellate court's website.
