The details are as follows:
- Angel Round: Price at $0.015, 60 million tokens (6% of total), unlocked quarterly over 24 months with a 3-month cliff period.
- Strategic Round: Price at $0.03, 100 million tokens (10% of total), 5% unlocked at launch, followed by quarterly unlocks over 18 months.
- Private Sale I: Price at $0.04–$0.06, 90 million tokens (9% of total), 10% unlocked at launch, followed by quarterly unlocks over 18 months.
- Private Sale II: Price at $0.08–$0.10, 40 million tokens (4% of total), 10% unlocked at launch, followed by quarterly unlocks over 18 months.
- Community Presale: Price at $0.08, 10 million tokens (1% of total), 25% unlocked at launch, followed by quarterly unlocks over 3 months.
- Liquidity Bootstrapping Pool (LBP): 100 million tokens (10% of total), 100% unlocked at launch.
- Community & Ecosystem: 150 million tokens (15% of total), no initial unlock, then quarterly unlocks over 48 months.
- Operations Reserve: 150 million tokens (15% of total), no initial unlock, then quarterly unlocks over 48 months.
