TechFlow reported that Ark Invest, in its "Big Ideas 2024" report, stated according to their research the optimal portfolio allocation for Bitcoin in 2023 was 19.4%, a significant increase compared to 0.5% in 2015 and the average optimal allocation of 4.8% from 2016 to 2022.
If 1% of global investable assets were allocated to Bitcoin, its price potential could reach $120,000; if 4.8% were allocated, the potential could reach $550,000; similarly, with a 19.4% allocation, the potential would also reach $550,000.
In addition, if the migration of financial assets to blockchain infrastructure proceeds at a pace similar to that of the internet, and associated fees are one-third those of traditional financial services, smart contracts could generate over $450 billion in annual fees and create a market value exceeding $5 trillion by 2030, growing at compound annual growth rates of 78% and 32% respectively.
