The report states that the SEC claims Binance and two of its subsidiaries—BAM Trading Services (BAM Trading) and BAM Management US Holdings Inc. (BAM Management)—have provided certain documents the agency considers critical to the case. However,
The report also notes that Binance and its founder CZ have not produced any additional documents since the last filing. The SEC has contacted Binance and expressed its desire to discuss the scope of document production. The parties plan to continue negotiations before the next court status report.
