TechFlow news: Ava Labs has released details of its scaling solution Vryx, aiming to boost the Avalanche (AVAX) blockchain's transaction speed to approximately 100,000 transactions per second.
The company has begun implementing this scaling approach and plans to establish benchmarks in the coming weeks. The method will be enabled on the first HyperSDK testnet, scheduled for launch in mid-Q2.
Vryx will support high-performance blockchains built with HyperSDK—known as "Superchains"—and will gradually be applied to major blockchain platforms. The core idea behind this technology is to improve efficiency by processing different stages of transactions in a pipelined manner.
A spokesperson from Ava Labs stated that Vryx is the primary mechanism for achieving optimal performance, matching other builds in simulated environments and outperforming them in adversarial conditions.
