TechFlow reports that CFTC Chairman Behnam expressed concerns over the approval of spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and called for new regulations.
He warned that regulatory approval could introduce risks, emphasizing the need for federal-level regulatory oversight of digital assets in the cash market.
