TechFlow reports that Magic Eden has announced the global rollout of its enhanced rewards program and cross-chain wallet, along with its mission to open-source all major protocols. Additionally, Magic Eden announced the expanded launch of its cross-chain, self-custodial wallet, which will go live globally by the end of January, including a desktop browser extension.
The Magic Eden rewards program will initially launch on Solana and quickly expand to ETH, BTC, and Polygon. The program includes universal benefits applicable to all users, from collectors to creators. The new rewards platform will feature tasks that reward both new users and existing community members.
To support industry growth, Magic Eden has committed to donating to Non-Fungible DAO and will open-source and contribute key protocols, including its cross-chain marketplace protocol, to support the organization.
