TechFlow news, according to Reuters, FTX subsidiary Alameda Research has withdrawn its lawsuit against Grayscale Investments, which had accused the digital asset management firm of "pursuing benefits at the expense of shareholder interests."
Alameda filed the lawsuit in a Delaware court last March, alleging that Grayscale charged excessive fees and refused to allow investors to redeem shares from its two crypto trusts (GBTC and Grayscale Ethereum Trust). Grayscale did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
