TechFlow reports that Trezor, a cryptocurrency hardware wallet manufacturer, is investigating a security incident that occurred on January 17, 2024, involving unauthorized access to its third-party ticketing portal. Customer assets were not compromised in any way. Internal audits indicate that only information of customers who interacted with Trezor Support since December 2021 may have been exposed, limited to email addresses and names/usernames. Emails have now been sent to all 66,000 affected contacts informing them of the incident's scope. Trezor stated it is working closely with the third-party service provider to fully investigate the incident.
