TechFlow News — On January 18, Bitget's newly appointed COO, Vugar Usi Zade, was invited to a Chinese-language online SPACE session. This marks Vugar Usi Zade’s first public appearance in the Chinese-speaking region since joining Bitget.
During the meeting, Vugar Usi Zade shared that his extensive professional experience at companies such as Facebook, Sony, and Bain Consulting will support Bitget’s global expansion strategy.
Vugar Usi Zade stated: “First, insights into traditional finance and regulatory trends are crucial, especially as cryptocurrencies become increasingly mainstream—understanding the evolving regulatory landscape is key. Second, I will focus on multinational market development strategies. I previously led Facebook’s expansion into 45 countries and effectively developed markets through the Facebook ASP program. These experiences will help me formulate and execute effective, locally compliant strategic plans tailored to diverse cultural and market environments. I will lead the team in expanding into emerging markets such as Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa, while further strengthening Bitget’s presence in Southeast Asia and Europe.”
