TechFlow news: The SEC has agreed to the request by Do Kwon's legal team to postpone the trial date to no earlier than March 18, pending his extradition to the United States. However, it opposes separating Do Kwon's case from the Terraform case for trial.
It stated that holding two separate trials would unnecessarily require witnesses, including SEC whistleblowers and retail investors with limited financial resources, to testify twice on the same facts in different proceedings.
