TechFlow news: Bitfinex announced it has ceased providing services to certain UK customers in compliance with regulatory requirements.
For corporate clients, Bitfinex will only accept verified applications that meet the definitions of high-net-worth companies, unincorporated associations, or trusts.
From January 10, 2024, certain existing UK customers will no longer be able to make new deposits, enter into new contracts, or increase margin positions. They may still reduce or close positions and withdraw funds.
