TechFlow news — Cryptocurrency analyst Lark Davis tweeted that spot Bitcoin ETF applicants are currently submitting revised S-1 forms. Highlights include:
- BlackRock’s fee is 0.3% and 0.2% for the first 12 months or until $5 billion in trading volume is reached;
- Ark’s fee is 0.25%, with no fees for the first six months or until $1 billion in trading volume is reached;
- Galaxy’s fee is 0.59%, with no fees for the first six months or until $5 billion in trading volume is reached;
- WisdomTree’s fee is 0.5%;
- VanEck’s fee is 0.25%;
- Valkyrie’s fee is 0.8%;
- Fidelity’s fee is 0.39%;
All these fees are lower than expected, as applicants compete to attract early customers. They anticipate strong demand and aim to make their products as appealing as possible. This could trigger a surge of capital into Bitcoin, potentially starting this week.
