Further details on this specific issue are as follows: Inscriptions with unrecognized even-numbered fields should have been unbound and should not have associated wallets or transfers. However, the latest released ord version (0.13.1) identifies these inscriptions as bound, thus registering them as valid brc-20 operations, which can easily break balance integrity. A fix has already been submitted on GitHub, but a new version has not yet been released.
