TechFlow news, according to International Business Times (IBTimes), a U.S. court has once again rejected the request by Binance founder and former CEO Zhao Changpeng (CZ) to travel to the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This marks the second time he has been barred from leaving the United States while awaiting sentencing on charges of violating banking laws.
In addition, the U.S. Department of Justice has raised several concerns regarding CZ's proposed trip to the UAE, including the risk that he might flee the jurisdiction. In December last year, a U.S. court issued an order requiring Binance and CZ to pay $2.7 billion and $150 million respectively, to settle a long-running enforcement action brought by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
