TechFlow reports that SlowMist founder Yu Xian claimed on X that Libra Protocol, an inscription project on Arbitrum, is suspected of an exit scam, with the creator having transferred approximately 231 ETH to other addresses.
The project, which marketed itself as "the first fair inscription protocol in the world," actually only deployed a non-open-source contract on Arbitrum allowing minting of assets, with all minting fees sent directly to the creator's wallet address.
