TechFlow news — Grayscale has announced changes to its board of directors, with Barry E. Silbert and Mark Murphy stepping down from their board roles effective January 1, 2024. They will be succeeded by Mark Shifke, Matthew Kummell, and Edward McGee. Mark Shifke will succeed Barry E. Silbert as Chairman of the Board.
