TechFlow news, the judge overseeing the civil case between the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Terraform Labs has signed a protective order requiring materials to remain confidential before trial.
In documents dated December 20, Judge Jed Rakoff stated that the SEC and Terraform Labs have agreed to court-approved terms requiring parties not to broadly disclose materials designated as confidential. The court will seal all discovery documents marked as confidential prior to trial. Judge Jed Rakoff did not specify the reasons for the confidentiality, but indicated there were "sufficient grounds."
