TechFlow reported that CIAS, the inscription on Celestia, tweeted that the subscription progress has reached approximately 29%, with over 52,000 holders. Within one hour of launch, it received more than 1 million visits from over 120,000 users, causing RPC failures. Over 50% of transactions on the Celestia network are related to CIAS. The team will improve user experience and restore service as soon as possible, announcing the recovery time 12 hours in advance.
