TechFlow news: The Venom Foundation has announced that it will cease operations in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) effective December 14, 2023. The dissolution process has now been initiated under Section 40 of the ADGM Foundations Regulations 2017. Venom stated that this decision relates solely to the current objectives of the Venom Foundation and is not a reflection on the ADGM environment.
It should be noted that, to date, no token generation event has occurred for Venom. Any public statements regarding the issuance of Venom tokens by the Venom Foundation following a token generation event are false and unauthorized by the Foundation.
The Venom Foundation was established in 2022 under the ADGM Foundations Regulations 2017.
