TechFlow reported, according to Bloomberg, that Su Zhu, co-founder of Three Arrows Capital, has for the first time been questioned in a Singapore court regarding the collapse of the crypto fund, offering liquidators their best chance yet to recover billions of dollars in claims.
The two-day court hearing this week requires Su Zhu to answer questions from lawyers representing the liquidators Teneo, who are pressing for detailed information on the specific causes of the fund's failure and the whereabouts of its assets. Sources revealed that under good behavior provisions, Su Zhu is set to be released this month.
