The two parties will comprehensively collaborate across cutting-edge sectors including secure virtual asset storage and custody, the OpenLoop clearing and settlement network, compliant virtual asset funds, STO, RWA, and public blockchain technology.
Regarding cooperation on compliant virtual asset funds, HDAO Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited, a subsidiary of HDAO Technology, will conduct permitted virtual asset transactions on HashKey Exchange in accordance with applicable regulations and fund investment strategies.
