TechFlow reported, according to Cointelegraph, that Jason Kwok, COO of the Bitcoin sidechain MVC, revealed MVC's roadmap for the first quarter of next year, which includes completing the development of a cross-chain bridge with Bitcoin.
Jason disclosed nine key components of MVC’s Q1 roadmap: launching a trustless asset bridge, releasing two Bitcoin-compatible wallets, launching a new block explorer with built-in support for Ordinals and BRC20, introducing a Metacontract integrated development environment, launching the Bitcoin version of MetaID, rolling out the MVC/BTC-compatible DEX Orders.Exchange, initiating the first phase of Proof of Buiding, and deploying MVC Node V0.2.
In this exclusive interview, Jason also addressed several industry concerns, including the use cases of sidechains, the team's background, the differences between MetaID and Ethereum-based DID, strategies for reducing BRC20 transaction fees, and application scenarios for BVM. MVC is a UTXO-model Layer 1 public blockchain designed to address Bitcoin congestion issues and provide a Bitcoin Virtual Machine (BVM) to support large-scale Web3 application development. Its governance token, $Space, has already been listed on exchanges including MEXC.
