TechFlow reported, according to Digital Asset, that Do Kwon, co-founder of Terraform Labs, has appealed the extradition ruling by the Higher Court in Podgorica, Montenegro, stating, "I cannot accept the decision to extradite me, therefore I do not comply with the court's decision."
The appellate court in Montenegro must now re-examine the decision to extradite Do Kwon. Since the Montenegrin court ruled on June 15 to detain Do Kwon for extradition until December 15, the Ministry of Justice of Montenegro is expected to decide by December 15 the country to which Do Kwon will ultimately be repatriated.
