TechFlow news — Former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) has decided not to file post-trial motions, which may indicate his legal team is preparing an appeal.
SBF was found guilty on November 2. Legal experts suggest that the decision not to file motions could mean the defense is focusing on appellate preparations.
SBF's next hearing is scheduled for February 8, 2024. He originally faced 13 charges, with five of them set for a separate trial in March 2024.
