TechFlow reports that Solana MEV infrastructure developer Jito Labs has released its airdrop eligibility criteria and allocation guidelines. Of the 10% airdrop allocation (100 million tokens), 15% (15 million) will go to Jito-Solana validators, 5% (5 million) to Jito MEV searchers, and 80% (80 million) to JitoSOL users who held at least 100 points prior to November 25, 2023.
Core contributors are excluded from the JTO airdrop, including any core contributor wallets holding JitoSOL, validators operated by core contributors, and any canary searchers run by core contributors (core contributors do not participate in MEV).
Users can verify their Solana wallet address eligibility on the official website. The JTO token claim process will begin once the airdrop is live.
