TechFlow reported that Kyber Network announced on X, stating its plan to provide compensation to users affected by the KyberSwap Elastic hack using funds from the KyberSwap Treasury. The compensation amount will be up to the USD value of the stolen funds at the time of the incident. Details of the compensation plan are currently being finalized, with more information expected to be released within the next two weeks.
Previously, it was reported that the DEX aggregator KyberSwap suffered an attack, resulting in a loss of approximately $48.8 million.
