TechFlow reports that cryptocurrency development platform Sequence has launched Builder, a full-stack dashboard for game developers, which is said to simplify the process of integrating blockchain elements such as NFTs into video games.
Created by Horizon Blockchain Games, a company specializing in crypto infrastructure and game development, Sequence previously released the NFT trading card game Skyweaver and raised $40 million last year from prominent video game publishers Ubisoft and Take-Two Interactive.
Sequence Builder enables game developers to import existing NFT collections into their games, integrate crypto wallet connectivity, prepay gas fees for in-game cryptocurrency transactions, launch white-label NFT marketplaces, and more. The company says NFT minting functionality will be added in future updates.
Game developers can opt to set up wallets requiring only a Twitch login or email address, significantly reducing the steps needed to create a crypto wallet.
