TechFlow news, according to Wu Shuo Blockchain Report, CZ released an internal letter stating:
Thank you for all your warm, caring, and touching messages—most importantly, for keeping this ship flying. I’ve received too many messages to respond individually, so let me just say this here.
For me, this has certainly been a difficult day—going through an unfamiliar process under a full 12-hour time difference, and being without phone access for most of the day in court.
I pre-wrote this post at 4 a.m. Among all the other lengthy legal documents I had to review, I simply didn’t have time to draft a formal internal memo in advance. I think our comms team did a great job. I won't repeat what's already been said.
I just want to say: I am proud of your work today, in the past, and in the future.
Binance will be fine. I will have to endure some pain, but I’ll survive. Though there will be some structural changes, we will get through this. Looking back years from now, this might not even seem like a bad thing. In any case, I need a break. Now that I understand this, please keep pushing forward—and don’t complain about my laziness.
To lighten the mood a bit, this famous line/clip from *Star Trek* (2009) popped into my mind: "I need everyone to continue performing exceptionally." If you haven't seen it, it's a good movie.

Please help Richard transition into his new role. I’ll see you at the assembly, where I’ll say a few words before handing things over to him.
