TechFlow reported, according to CoinDesk, that the bitcoin payment app Strike now supports users outside the U.S. in 36 countries to directly purchase bitcoin through the app, with plans to expand the service to over 65 countries. Unlike U.S. users who can buy bitcoin for free, international users will be charged a 3.9% fee.
In addition, Strike has partnered with cryptocurrency payments company Bitrefill, enabling Strike users to purchase daily essentials via the Lightning Network.
