TechFlow news: Genesis, a crypto lending company, has recently filed an application with the court to implement a previously agreed-upon settlement agreement with Three Arrows Capital.
According to court documents, Three Arrows Capital initially filed a $1 billion claim against Genesis. Under the settlement agreement, Three Arrows Capital would receive a general unsecured claim of $33 million, significantly reducing the amount Genesis would have to pay in compensation.
