TechFlow reports that the Interchain Foundation (ICF), a foundation supporting Cosmos-based cross-chain development and ecosystem growth, has announced that the Landslide team is building an IBC light client on Avalanche—a significant step toward expanding and strengthening blockchain interoperability. They will launch an incentivized testnet on November 1, with user registration available through their website.
This move paves the way for interoperability between Avalanche, Cosmos Hub, and over 100 other IBC-compatible chains, enabling IBC-compatible dApps to operate seamlessly on the Avalanche network.
Notably, Landslide is a key participant in the Interchain Builders program and serves as an important subnet on Avalanche.
