TechFlow reported, according to Decrypt, that Upland, an NFT-based digital real estate trading game, has raised $7 million in an extended Series A round led by EOS Network Ventures. The funding will be used to enhance game features supporting players to purchase digitized land on a real-world map.
Notably, Upland is built on EOS and plans to launch its token on Ethereum.
Upland said it has surpassed 3 million registered players, with approximately 30,000 daily active users, and has established partnerships with major sports organizations such as FIFA and the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA).
