TechFlow news, according to The Block, a Wednesday filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) revealed that crypto data firm Coin Metrics has raised approximately $6.7 million. The funding round included the issuance of shares, options, and other types of securities. Investors were not disclosed. Coin Metrics provides data on cryptocurrency markets, networks, and prices.
Previously, it was reported that Coin Metrics completed a $35 million Series C funding round last year, led by Acrew Capital and BNY Mellon, with participation from Cboe Global Markets, Brevan Howard Digital, Goldman Sachs, Avon Ventures, and Fidelity Investments.
