TechFlow news: Ethereum scaling solution Scroll has announced the official launch of its mainnet, leveraging zero-knowledge proof technology to increase speed and reduce costs. Scroll's zkEVM allows developers to build projects on Ethereum with minimal code modifications.
Haichen, co-founder of Scroll, said: "At Scroll, we place great emphasis on security. We have a dedicated internal security team that works alongside multiple auditing firms to conduct comprehensive audits of our codebase, and we've kept our code open-source since day one."
Scroll's next goal is to build a decentralized proving network and sequencer.
Notably, Scroll was founded in 2021 with the aim of building an open-source, scalable ecosystem that maintains Ethereum's security level while upholding the commitment to decentralization.
