TechFlowx news — According to Bitcoin Magazine, on the second day of the Bitcoin Amsterdam 2023 conference, Madeira President Miguel Albuquerque and Serbian Prince Filip announced plans to establish a Bitcoin business hub in the region to promote innovation.
Prince Filip said the initiative aims to advance technology and Bitcoin by building various partnerships. The President of Madeira noted that the region is embracing Bitcoin as a future technology, comparable to the internet's open and secure protocols.
The President of Madeira stated that they are transforming the region’s economic foundation by focusing on tech companies, high-tech industries, artificial intelligence, and Bitcoin. At the Bitcoin 2022 Miami conference, it was announced that Bitcoin investors in Madeira would be exempt from personal income tax.
