TechFlow news: Noah (@mauloadream), a member of the NFT project Gutter Cat Gang community, has signed an agreement to acquire assets of Gutter Labs. It is reported that Noah previously announced on X at the end of September a proposal to acquire Gutter Labs' assets, pledging to inject $500,000 of personal funds.
After signing the agreement, Noah will be fully responsible for the day-to-day operations of Gutter Labs and will have "complete control." He also stated, "I am creating new structures and hope to increase transparency for the community I care about."
