TechFlow reported on October 11 that Galxe has announced a compensation plan for the security incident that occurred on October 6, 2023. All affected users will receive full USDT reimbursement on Polygon, calculated based on the value at 18:00 Beijing time on October 9.
In addition, as a token of appreciation for users' trust, the team will provide an extra 10% compensation to affected users.
Galxe previously stated that approximately 1,120 users who interacted with the malicious website were impacted, resulting in around $270,000 being stolen.
