TechFlow news — Yoann Turpin, co-founder of crypto market maker Wintermute, said that some of the company's employees have moved to traditional financial institutions such as banks and hedge funds. Despite this talent outflow, Turpin believes it brings benefits.
Turpin noted that these employees will serve as advocates for Wintermute in their new roles, helping traditional financial institutions better understand the cryptocurrency industry.
He also mentioned that this is one of the "unforeseen impacts" of large institutions entering the cryptocurrency space.
