TechFlow reports, according to Jinshi Data, Tianyancha information shows that recently Zhejiang XGenie Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Peng Chao serving as its legal representative, executive director, and general manager. The company has a registered capital of 100 million RMB, and its business scope includes online cultural operations (music only), performance agency, IoT technical services, AI public data platforms, supply chain management services, digital content production services, software development, and others. Shareholder information indicates the company is wholly owned by XGenie Holding Limited.
According to reports, recently Alibaba's AI subsidiary launched a new brand called "XGenie." Peng Chao, President of XGenie, stated that the Tmall Genie app will be upgraded to the XGenie app.
