TechFlow reports, according to CoinDesk, the EU's MiCA crypto regulation will take effect next July, establishing a framework for stablecoins within the EU. Marina Parthuisot, Binance France’s legal head, stated during an online public hearing hosted by the European Banking Authority (EBA) that given no projects have been approved yet, all stablecoins in Europe are planned to be delisted by June 30 next year.
