On Wednesday (the 20th), three more men were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to defraud and are currently in custody for questioning. So far, a total of 11 individuals have been arrested in connection with the case. As of 5:00 PM on September 20, 2023, police have received reports from 2,086 victims, involving approximately HK$1.3 billion. Police stated that investigations are ongoing and further arrests cannot be ruled out.
