TechFlow news — According to The Wall Street Journal, Krishna Juvvadi, legal head of Binance.US, and Chief Risk Officer Sidney Majalya are set to depart the company.
Juvvadi joined Binance.US in May 2022 from Uber, where he served as Head of Global Operations Compliance. Earlier in his career, he worked as a trial attorney in the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. Majalya joined Binance.US in December 2021, prior to which he served as Intel’s chief compliance officer.
Earlier reports indicated that Brian Shroder, head of Binance.US, recently left the company and laid off one-third of its workforce. The exchange has scaled down operations following the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's lawsuit against Binance in June.
