TechFlow news: Ethereum Layer 2 network Mantle Network announced it will launch Ondo Finance's tokenized bills USDY, a structured protocol, to help Mantle expand into the RWA sector.
Users will be able to mint new USDY via Ondo or purchase USDY on decentralized exchanges (DEXs) within Mantle. USDY can then be adopted across the Mantle ecosystem as a yield-generating stablecoin.
Previously, on August 4, Nathan Allman, founder and CEO of RWA platform Ondo Finance, announced on Twitter that Ondo Finance has officially launched USD Yield (USDY), a tokenized bill backed by short-term U.S. Treasury securities and bank demand deposits.
